Borgy Manotoc denies rumors he's running for Mayor

There are lot of rumors going around that Representative Imee Marcos' son Borgy is running for Mayor of Manila. But Borgy denies that this is true. The 23 year old admits that he's too young to run for that post and even if he does we don't think he'll win.
